Leadership Spotlight:
Veronica Balladares
After 8 years as a Head Coach and Program Coordinator, Veronica was named Co-Director in 2016. Under her leadership, SWB has deepened our impact in Granada, expanded to new communities, and reached more girls across Nicaragua. In 2019, Veronica shared her expertise in growing girls programs at the Equality Summit in Lyon, France.

Natalia
Natalia first joined SWB at age 7. As a participant she was a member of the Youth Leadership group and a secondary school scholarship recipient. After graduating in 2017, Natalia now serves as an assistant coach and youth mentor while continuing her education through SWB's University Scholarship program.
