Soccer Without Borders has been named as a 2020 Top-Rated Nonprofit by GreatNonprofits, the leading provider of user reviews about nonprofit organizations! This Top-Rated award was based on the impressive reviews that SWB has received from volunteers, partners, and other donors that reflect the on-the-ground results, experiences, and culture at SWB throughout this year. According to GreatNonprofits, being on the Top-Rated list gives donors and volunteers more confidence in the reliability of the organization.
2020 has presented numerous challenges to the newcomer youth population that we serve as well as the nonprofit sector as a whole. However, we have responded quickly at each turn to ensure the continuation of our direct service work, meanwhile maintaining a safe and sustainable environment for each member of our participant, staff, and volunteer communities. This award and these reviews help to sum up the intentionality with which SWB has navigated what has been a trying time for many. We would like to thank all of our SWB community members for their contributions that bolstered our effectiveness this year.
