We are thrilled to share that Soccer Without Borders has been named one of five winners of the first-ever Beyond Sport Collective Impact Award in the category of Sport for Reduced Inequalities.
As the sport for good movement grows, we aim to measure our impact in relation to the 17 Sustainable Development Goals detailed by the United Nations as the world's most pressing challenges. This award recognizes our contributions toward Global Goal 10- Reduced Inequalities alongside Lost Boyz Inc., Urban Dove, Kids in the Game, and The Sparkle Effect.
Supported by the DICK's Sporting Goods Foundation, the award will drive collaboration between multiple US-based non-profits using sport to promote equality. Through the support and investment of the award, the aim is to increase our collective ability to drive social change, ensure equal opportunities and help end discrimination through sport.
