Delivery of High Quality Youth Services
Every young person deserves the chance to belong, learn, and thrive...especially those navigating a new country, language, and culture. At Soccer Without Borders, we offer trauma-informed programs that meet underserved youth where they are, supporting their physical wellbeing, academic progress leading towards college and/or career readiness, culturally and linguistically relevant mental and behavioral health, and authentic relationships with mentors and peers that foster connections, friendships and community cohesion.

Whether after school, in school, or during the summer, our services are built around the needs of each community and are grounded in evidence, dignity, and joy.
SWB Programs Nurture Belonging
SWB operates year-round programs where a sense of belonging is intentional and nurtured. Through practices, games, and team time, underserved youth build real relationships with coaches and peers while growing their confidence, identity, and sense of self. We intentionally combine soccer with support for mental, emotional, and academic wellbeing, because thriving in a new place takes more than just showing up.

TEAM Programs
TEAM stands for trabajando en equipo aprendemos más, which means “working as a team, we learn more.” Our TEAM programs bring soccer, education, and community together year-round to meet the needs of each local community. Whether in schools, after school, or on weekends, every TEAM program shares one purpose: helping youth learn, grow, and belong.

Summer Programs
Summer can be a tough time for newcomer youth. School is out, routines shift, and connection can fade fast. Our summer programs blend soccer, language learning, and academic support to help youth stay engaged, build confidence, and stay connected to a team. With caring coaches and joyful spaces, summer becomes more than just time off. It becomes a time to grow.
Expanding Access Through Play
Camps, clinics, leagues, and tournaments offer more flexible ways for underserved youth to get involved. Whether it's a first time kicking a ball or a new opportunity to compete, these programs help us reach youth who might otherwise be left out. By keeping our programs free, fun, and community-centered, we’re opening more doors to the beautiful game and the plethora of positive benefits gained by children and adults who play.

Leagues & Tournaments
Our leagues and tournaments are about more than winning. They build community, teach social-emotional skills, and spark conversations about important social issues. We created our own leagues to ensure every player has a place to belong, especially where barriers or lack of opportunities kept youth, particularly girls, from playing.

Camps & Clinics
Our camps and clinics offer a condensed version of the SWB experience, designed to meet youth where they are and create joyful, inclusive spaces to play. Whether introducing soccer for the first time, engaging new age groups, or reaching new communities, each program is built with purpose. Alongside the game, youth explore art, dance, music, cultural celebrations, and more – supporting the whole person and creating space for connection, expression, and growth.
