From a volunteer-led beginning to a global organization with full-time staff and programs serving more than 8,000 youth each year, our 20-year journey has been shaped by learning, adapting, and building strong, youth-centered spaces.
We know how challenging it can be for small, grassroots organizations to navigate this work on their own, especially when striving to create free, fun, and equitable play in their communities. League Design
Our league design support helps organizations create free, fun, and community-centered play opportunities that reflect the needs of their youth. We help design leagues that center growth and community, using formats that lift up teamwork, effort, and respect, not just the outcome of the match. With experience shaped by years of running our own leagues, we help organizations turn their vision for play into a structure that works in their community.
