Volunteer at a Soccer Without Borders USA Program
If you are interested in helping at one of our US programs or donating your time administratively, please fill out this online application. Programs are located in: Baltimore, MD; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Greeley, CO; Los Angeles, CA; New York, NY; and Oakland, CA. Generally, volunteers are over the age of 18 and live in an area that is easily accessible to the program.

International Camps and Special Events
Our camps provide a condensed version of our core program activities and offer expanded opportunities for volunteers to connect with SWB programs. These events access a wider audience than our year-round programs, inviting potential new participants and exposing new groups to our programs.
Coaches at the Kampala Peace Festival, January 2012, Kampala, Uganda
January Soccer and Peace Festival (Kampala, Uganda)
This camp takes place annually during the first week of January while US college students are on winter break and Ugandan students are on summer vacation. Volunteers at this camp help organize soccer activities, off-field workshops, and participate in a seminar where they learn about Ugandan and Congolese culture. This trip is past for 2013
January T.E.A.M. Camp (Granada, Nicaragua)- This camp takes place during US college winter break as well as summer vacation for the girls in Granada. The Camp's theme is teamwork, with a soccer session every morning and a teambuilding activity in the afternoon. January 12-19th, 2013. This trip is now past
Sports-based Youth Development Seminar and Culture Exchange (Granada, Nicaragua)
SBYD Seminar and Culture Exchange Participants and Staff, July 2012, Granada, NicaraguaThis trip is an opportunity for US high school students to share a cross-cultural experience with program participants in Granada. Trip participants will have the chance to work alongside the girls in our program,as well as gain an insight into Nicaraguan life. Don’t have the time or resources to be a Team Leader or Summer Coach but still want to lend a hand? If you are 21 years of age or older and have a specific skill to share, limited volunteer opportunities ranging from 1 week to 3 months are available in Nicaragua and Uganda throughout the year.
